I have spend more than thirty years in direct sales with the last sixteen as an IFA and mortgage broker. Over this time I have trained hundreds of sales people and helped a great many to achieve their potential and realise their ambitions. I have a first class honours degree in business studies, but feel that what I have learned in a sales environment has taught me much more than I ever learned in the classroom.
