• For Web Design work our terms are strictly payment on completion of the project in line with the original specification as agreed between us and you
• For Internet Marketing assistance our fees will be charged on an agreed hourly rate and billed every 14 days
• All other work will require payment in full on completion

REFUND POLICY

Since all web design and internet marketing assistance are provided on mutually agreed terms and payment is not due until all work is completed in line with those terms there will be no refunds in any circumstances unless as determined by us at our discretion.
